Przemysl's Jeffry Latuperisa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 4th minute of the match, managed to save Przemysl from getting a goal against them. In the 5th minute Tymoteusz Wodaszak shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lu Hong Qiang saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Milojko Lojo fell near the penalty area in the 14th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Przemysl's protests and gave Milojko Lojo a yellow card for diving instead. In the 14th minute, one of Przemysl:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Przemysl. Zula Tamulewicz hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. Lu Hong Qiang showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tymoteusz Wodaszak, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. Jeffry Latuperisa made a fantastic save in the 22nd minute, when Islam Slimani sent off a good shot on target. 23 minutes into the game, Przemysl's Timo Werner nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Lu Hong Qiang made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. When Przemysl's Waclaw Dubiel in the 28th minute got a chance for a shot 28th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Mauro's goalie prevented a goal. In the 40th match minute, Przemysl was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mariusz Gruchacz to maneuver through the defense. Mauro's Lu Hong Qiang played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Timo Werner in the 42nd minute of play. If Islam Slimani had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 45th minute, Waclaw Dubiel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Waclaw Dubiel to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Waclaw Dubiel ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Lu Hong Qiang was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Lu Hong Qiang made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mariusz Gruchacz in the 55th minute. Przemysl:s Jeffry Latuperisa showed great skill when he stopped Miroslaw Lanczak:s penalty. Karol Kinic received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Jeffry Latuperisa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Przemysl made a substitution. Bogdan Hodas replaced Tymoteusz Wodaszak. Przemysl's Zygmunt Furgal was substituted for Milojko Lojo. After 71 played minutes Mauro got a freekick which was hit by Edoardo Di Mattia. Mauro's Tymoteusz Mikulski was substituted for Stefan Lundblad. The supporters of Przemysl booed when Mauro was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edoardo Di Mattia didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bogdan Hodas in the 73rd minute of play forced Mauro's goalkeeper Lu Hong Qiang to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lu Hong Qiang made an important save on a dangerous shot by Michal Bondel in the 94th minute. Miroslaw Lanczak hit a great freekick 97 minutes into the match. The long shot by Bogdan Hodas in the 98th minute really tested Lu Hong Qiang's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal.
