To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Tytus Gajewski's late challenge caught a K.S. Czarnca's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Tytus Gajewski helped the player get up and apologised. In the 9th minute, Tytus Gajewski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 0-1 became the score in the 12th minute when Olaf Galus elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. In the 17th minute Olaf Galus shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leon Waldoch saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Leon Waldoch took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Patryk Bochinski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Kozakken Boys's Tytus Gajewski got his second yellow card of the match in the 19th minute. The referee ordered Tytus Gajewski off the ground. The supporters of K.S. Czarnca booed when Kozakken Boys was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tytus Gajewski didn't get a good kick on the ball. Waclaw Trac kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. When Olaf Galus came up free with the goalie in the 34th minute, the K.S. Czarnca fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Olaf Galus couldn't finish the play. Kozakken Boys's Leon Waldoch played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Olaf Galus in the 40th minute of play. Patryk Bochinski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.
