After a defensive mix-up in Daniel Kościerzyna's zone, Filip Ledochowski stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Napoleon Ratulowski came out of the goal and Filip Ledochowski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 16th minute Tomasz Solarek shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Napoleon Ratulowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Daniel Kościerzyna getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Radomil Motowski hit a great ball. If Filip Ledochowski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 19 minutes, Mateusz Rasialdo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Virtual Virgins and the Daniel Kościerzyna players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 19 played minutes Virtual Virgins got a freekick which was hit by Mateusz Rasialdo. If Beniamin Glaza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Wit Rosiewicz kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. 26 minutes into the match, Filip Ledochowski had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Napoleon Ratulowski. Daniel Kościerzyna's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Filip Ledochowski was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Napoleon Ratulowski didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Tomasz Solarek went, in the 30th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. 33 minutes into the match, Beniamin Glaza dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Tymoteusz Cichocki, 1-2. In the 35th match minute, Daniel Kościerzyna was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Szczepan Sierocki to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Virtual Virgins booed when Daniel Kościerzyna was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Szczepan Sierocki didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 43rd minute of the match Virtual Virgins got a corner. Daniel Kościerzyna's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Marcin Kicia ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Marcin Kicia almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Daniel Kościerzyna's Napoleon Ratulowski did a great save. When Radomil Motowski fell near the penalty area in the 43rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Daniel Kościerzyna's protests and gave Radomil Motowski a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Virtual Virgins booed when Daniel Kościerzyna was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Radomil Motowski didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Beniamin Glaza got free with Tymoteusz Cichocki in the 48th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After the first half Virtual Virgins were leading 1-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Tomasz Solarek made a kick off. After a rather tough play, Daniel Kościerzyna's Bernard Nakoneczny got a free kick in the 52nd minute. Napoleon Ratulowski stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tomasz Solarek's shot from short distance in the 56th minute. Tymoteusz Cichocki showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ryszard Piesciuk, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. Tymoteusz Cichocki took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Radomil Motowski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Wladyslaw Solibieda had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Radomil Motowski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Radomil Motowski's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tymoteusz Cichocki read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 79th minute of play. Napoleon Ratulowski made an important save on a dangerous shot by Filip Ledochowski in the 81st minute.
