Daniel Kościerzyna's Napoleon Ratulowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tobiasz Makarewicz in the 19th minute of play. Napoleon Ratulowski stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Leszek Piglowski's shot from short distance in the 20th minute. When Grzegorz Rzegotka fell near the penalty area in the 31st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Daniel Kościerzyna's protests and gave Grzegorz Rzegotka a yellow card for diving instead. Szczepan Sierocki hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Radomil Motowski to make the kick off. Tobiasz Makarewicz took the ball and in the 54 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Napoleon Ratulowski. Napoleon Ratulowski dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. After a defensive mix-up in Daniel Kościerzyna's zone, Tobiasz Makarewicz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Napoleon Ratulowski came out of the goal and Tobiasz Makarewicz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the last second Napoleon Ratulowski throw himself and got hold of the ball when Tobiasz Makarewicz in the 64thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. Napoleon Ratulowski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leszek Piglowski in the 65th minute of the match. When Rude Boys's Tobiasz Makarewicz in the 67th minute got a chance for a shot 67th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie.
