Robert Tamulewicz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without René Higuita having to interfere. 29 minutes into the match, Fillippo Boniperti's goal looked a bit too open when Tomasz Dec came free, but Jerzy Wozniak reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jerzy Wozniak took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomasz Dec, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tęcza Miłomłyn's supporters rose to their feet, but Miromir Pachucki was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jerzy Wozniak breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The Fillippo Boniperti players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Tęcza Miłomłyn were winning 0-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Robert Tamulewicz stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lech Kochanowicz in the 51st minute of play forced Tęcza Miłomłyn's goalkeeper René Higuita to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. René Higuita made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lech Kochanowicz in the 64th minute of play. Robert Gmoch recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 75th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Fillippo Boniperti getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Älämdar Känanov hit a great ball. 81 minutes into the match, Tęcza Miłomłyn's goal looked a bit too open when Robert Tamulewicz came free, but René Higuita reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Pankracy Turacki had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 85th minute, Fillippo Boniperti's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Tomasz Dec fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. When Fillippo Boniperti's Robert Tamulewicz in the 87th minute got a chance for a shot 87th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. With an all-out effort, Tęcza Miłomłyn's Jerzy Wozniak threw himself towards the right post 90 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Miromir Pachucki, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 95th minute, Lech Kochanowicz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The Fillippo Boniperti fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Tęcza Miłomłyn were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
