When Gualterio Jaunti came up free with the goalie in the 13th minute, the MARRAK Ostrów Wlkp. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gualterio Jaunti couldn't finish the play. Julian Augustyniak might have been able to make a better finish in the 17th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Przemyslaw Karpinski. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Julian Augustyniak ran back to his position shaking his head. KP Chemik Police's Bogdan Kornatowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dan Bromley in the 18th minute of play. Przemyslaw Karpinski made a fantastic save in the 22nd minute, when Daniel Olejarz sent off a good shot on target. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Dan Bromley in the 23rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bogdan Kornatowski saved KP Chemik Police from getting behind. Dobromir Cwojdak sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Przemyslaw Karpinski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tuur Candries, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 34th minute, Dan Bromley left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The MARRAK Ostrów Wlkp. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. After 36 played minutes MARRAK Ostrów Wlkp. got a freekick which was hit by Slawomir Gabis. After some fancy dribbling in the 39th minute, Gualterio Jaunti managed to get in a good position for a shot. MARRAK Ostrów Wlkp.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Gualterio Jaunti was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bogdan Kornatowski breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 42nd minute of the match, Tuur Candries tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Przemyslaw Karpinski saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Daniel Olejarz scored 2-1 in the 43rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Przemyslaw Karpinski, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 47th minute Dan Bromley shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bogdan Kornatowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Tuur Candries to strike the kick off in the second half. KP Chemik Police's Bogdan Kornatowski proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 50th minute of the match, managed to save KP Chemik Police from getting a goal against them. 52 minutes had been played when some careless play by KP Chemik Police's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Konrad Radzyminski was slow to take the kick. During this time MARRAK Ostrów Wlkp.'s players had a chance to rest. 53 minutes into the match, MARRAK Ostrów Wlkp.'s goal looked a bit too open when Tuur Candries came free, but Przemyslaw Karpinski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bogdan Kornatowski made a fantastic save in the 54th minute, when Dobromir Cwojdak sent off a good shot on target. In the 56th minute, Tuur Candries made a precise shot to the right of Przemyslaw Karpinski. MARRAK Ostrów Wlkp.'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-1. After 63 minutes, Aleksander Ptaszek mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the KP Chemik Police and the MARRAK Ostrów Wlkp. players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 63rd match minute, KP Chemik Police was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aleksander Ptaszek to maneuver through the defense. Dan Bromley scored 3-2 in the 69th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Bogdan Kornatowski, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. MARRAK Ostrów Wlkp.'s Przemyslaw Karpinski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tuur Candries in the 80th minute of play. Dan Bromley received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Bogdan Kornatowski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Przemyslaw Karpinski stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tuur Candries's shot from short distance in the 88th minute. Przemyslaw Karpinski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Olejarz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. MARRAK Ostrów Wlkp.'s players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
