When the match clock showed 14 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Iwo Jankowski sped through Karpaty Krosno's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Zachariasz Chmielecki. If Konrad Olender had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Gunners Puszczykowo getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Andrzej Kilar hit a great ball. In the 19th minute of the match, Cristian Nevares tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Maksymilian Korytkowski saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 21 minutes into the game, Konrad Olender cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Zachariasz Chmielecki was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 24 minutes, Iwo Jankowski made it 0-4 with a short kick to the right side. Karpaty Krosno's Zachariasz Chmielecki tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 26 minutes into the match, Iwo Jankowski had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Zachariasz Chmielecki. Karpaty Krosno's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Iwo Jankowski was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-5. Zachariasz Chmielecki made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Konrad Olender in the 36th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Cristian Nevares's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Maksymilian Korytkowski was relentless in the 40th minute of the game. Zachariasz Chmielecki showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Antoni Sowa, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. After 45 played minutes Karpaty Krosno got a freekick which was hit by Hendrick Sand. After recieving a nice pass, Gunners Puszczykowo's Marko Nyström tried to score from far away in the 46th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-5.

If Iwo Jankowski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 59 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Karpaty Krosno! In the 69th minute Iwo Jankowski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zachariasz Chmielecki saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Maksymilian Korytkowski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jacinto Carneiro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Zachariasz Chmielecki made an important save on a dangerous shot by Konrad Olender in the 77th minute. Gunners Puszczykowo's Maksymilian Korytkowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristian Nevares in the 81st minute of play. Zachariasz Chmielecki was a little too slow when Iwo Jankowski got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 83rd minute. The score was now 0-6. In the 88th minute, Hendrick Sand hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Maksymilian Korytkowski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristian Nevares in the 91st minute of the match. When Ronaldinho Kopinski fell near the penalty area in the 97th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Karpaty Krosno's protests and gave Ronaldinho Kopinski a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Gunners Puszczykowo booed when Karpaty Krosno was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 97 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ronaldinho Kopinski didn't get a good kick on the ball.
