The audience thought a goal was coming when Klement Kossakowski got free with Kajetan Pusiak in the 9th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 13th minute 方常凌 shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kajetan Pusiak saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 15th minute Arkadiusz Cebula shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kajetan Pusiak saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sandecja Bełchatów's Kajetan Pusiak proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 36th minute of the match, managed to save Sandecja Bełchatów from getting a goal against them. After 47 played minutes Sandecja Bełchatów got a freekick which was hit by Bartlomiej Chrzan. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Kajetan Pusiak was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Sandecja Bełchatów's Kajetan Pusiak played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arkadiusz Cebula in the 88th minute of play. In the 90th minute, Bartlomiej Chrzan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Klement Kossakowski in the 91st minute of play forced Sandecja Bełchatów's goalkeeper Kajetan Pusiak to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 94 minutes into the match, Klement Kossakowski had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Kajetan Pusiak. Sandecja Bełchatów's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Klement Kossakowski was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. When the referee ended the match the Wieczysta Kraków players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
