Verva FC's Aleksander Betonowy played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gilbert Giec in the 16th minute of play. Damazy Wolicki hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. If Ludomir Cipinski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The Leicester City F.C. fans' excitement grew in the 45th match minute when Leicester City F.C.'s Gilbert Giec looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Damazy Wolicki to make the kick off. When the match clock showed 95 minutes, the score became 6-1 when Olgierd Trela sped through Leicester City F.C.'s defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Wasyl Zbydniewski. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Verva FC had played much better football throughout.
