An unexpectedly hard shot by Adam Solak in the 3rd minute of play forced Nankatsu Łódź's goalkeeper Artur Dytrych to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Radowit Walczak in the 6th minute of play forced Leicester City F.C.'s goalkeeper Wasyl Zbydniewski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Wiktor Pachucki kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. Artur Dytrych took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lukasz Kicia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 11th minute, Adam Solak ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Artur Dytrych was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. 14 minutes into the game, Leicester City F.C.'s Lukasz Kicia nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Artur Dytrych made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. When Nankatsu Łódź's Radowit Walczak in the 17th minute got a chance for a shot 17th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Wasyl Zbydniewski was out of position in the 22 minute of play, and Cyprian Wielopolski capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Cyprian Wielopolski really showed his touch with that goal: 1-2. The audience thought a goal was coming when Leszek Kaczynski got free with Wasyl Zbydniewski in the 33rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 35th minute, Nankatsu Łódź's Radowit Walczak dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-2. Wasyl Zbydniewski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Norbert Hyska, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

After 52 minutes of play, Nankatsu Łódź's Radowit Walczak made it 3-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Wasyl Zbydniewski was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 55th minute Adam Solak shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Artur Dytrych saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 56 minutes into the game, Radowit Walczak was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Nankatsu Łódź's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Leicester City F.C. the free kick. A collision led to Nankatsu Łódź getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Radowit Walczak hit a great ball. After 59 minutes of play, Nankatsu Łódź's Radowit Walczak made it 4-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Wasyl Zbydniewski was left in no man's land by his defense there! 65 minutes into the match, Nankatsu Łódź's goalkeeper Artur Dytrych had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ludomir Cipinski. After a rather tough play, Nankatsu Łódź's Radomir Bronkala got a free kick in the 67th minute. After having played for 71 minutes, Tehran Sadixov managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Leicester City F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Tehran Sadixov was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 72nd match minute, Nankatsu Łódź was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leonard Wielgopolski to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Nankatsu Łódź's zone, Ludomir Cipinski stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Artur Dytrych came out of the goal and Ludomir Cipinski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Adam Solak fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Artur Dytrych having to interfere. Wasyl Zbydniewski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Radowit Walczak in the 78th minute of play. In the 80th minute, Radowit Walczak ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Wasyl Zbydniewski was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-2. 84 minutes into the game, Radowit Walczak cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 6-2. Wasyl Zbydniewski was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a rather tough play, Nankatsu Łódź's Edgar Wisniewski got a free kick in the 91st minute. Nankatsu Łódź's Artur Dytrych played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tehran Sadixov in the 93rd minute of play. Norbert Hyska hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. 96 minutes into the match, Leicester City F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Norbert Hyska came free, but Wasyl Zbydniewski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. For all the effort they put into the match, the Leicester City F.C. players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Nankatsu Łódź.
