In the 23rd minute Piast Chęciny were awarded a corner. Dariusz Kucharski went to the cornerflag to take it. After 23 played minutes Piast Chęciny got a freekick which was hit by Ignacy Augustyniak. Dariusz Piwko showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Valeriu Taşcă, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. Kajetan Brzeszczak could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 28th minute of the match, but Oğuzalp Behzat made a huge save. Valeriu Taşcă took the ball and in the 32 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dariusz Piwko. Dariusz Piwko dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Cargovia Kargowa's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Kajetan Brzeszczak was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

Oğuzalp Behzat was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. 62 minutes into the match, Cargovia Kargowa's goal looked a bit too open when Radowit Kluska came free, but Oğuzalp Behzat reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Radomil Danisiewicz during the 85th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Piast Chęciny's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
