In the 48th minute of the match Jurand Lemiesz sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Adriano Figueiredo skillfully saved the ball. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-1 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Edgars Kusners made a kick off. Tadeusz Solarek kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match.
