Leszek Matuch showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wawrzyniec Parajewski, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ksawery Ostrowski made a kick off. After a rather tough play, La Magica's Wawrzyniec Parajewski got a free kick in the 54th minute. Barnaba Poremba came out of the goal in the 56th minute to try and stop a shot by The Fighting Mongooses FC's Cezary Marchewka. But to his dismay, Cezary Marchewka quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. The supporters of La Magica booed when The Fighting Mongooses FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Karol Birkenhagen didn't get a good kick on the ball. 70 minutes into the match, Przemyslaw Woźniak had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Leszek Matuch. The Fighting Mongooses FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Przemyslaw Woźniak was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-5. Barnaba Poremba showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ksawery Ostrowski, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. La Magica played a much better game than The Fighting Mongooses FC and deserved their victory. The The Fighting Mongooses FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
