Spectators: 7701 (Terracing: 5818, Seating: 1783, VIP seats: 100) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Wawrzyniec Fujarczuk started the match with the kick off. With a little luck, Trzciany SSA's Tibor Berki got control of the ball when Lucjan Buda tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Wawrzyniec Fujarczuk came up free with the goalie in the 13th minute, the Karolew 1908 Łódź fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Wawrzyniec Fujarczuk couldn't finish the play. Boris Behn showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carter Suriani in the 16th minute of the match. With 17 minutes on the clock, Carmine Bottaro commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. After a rather tough play, Karolew 1908 Łódź's Carmine Bottaro got a free kick in the 18th minute. In the 19th minute of the match Damazy Pozorski shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Boris Behn showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 21st minute of the match, Lucjan Buda got a very nice opportunity to score, but Tibor Berki was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Tibor Berki made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lucjan Buda in the 22nd minute. Trzciany SSA's Tibor Berki proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 24th minute of the match, managed to save Trzciany SSA from getting a goal against them. 25 minutes had been played when some careless play by Trzciany SSA's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Wawrzyniec Fujarczuk was slow to take the kick. During this time Karolew 1908 Łódź's players had a chance to rest. The corner led Karolew 1908 Łódź's Wawrzyniec Fujarczuk to fire away a dangerous shot which Tibor Berki despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Trzciany SSA's zone, Jedrzej Cebula stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tibor Berki came out of the goal and Jedrzej Cebula tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Trzciany SSA were furious when Ziemowit Okopny was red carded, 29 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. After 29 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Trzciany SSA! 1-0 came through a penalty shot after 31 played minutes, when Karolew 1908 Łódź:s Wawrzyniec Fujarczuk calmly waited for Trzciany SSA:s goalkeeper to move before he rolled in the ball by the right post. Milosz Pietrowiak fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Boris Behn having to interfere. Jedrzej Cebula might have been able to make a better finish in the 41st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Tibor Berki. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jedrzej Cebula ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 46th minute of the match Trzciany SSA got a corner. Karolew 1908 Łódź's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Damazy Pozorski ran over to the corner to take the kick. Boris Behn showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Carter Suriani, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Carter Suriani made a kick off. In the 54th minute of the match Trzciany SSA got a corner. Karolew 1908 Łódź's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Damazy Pozorski ran over to the corner to take the kick. Trzciany SSA's Damazy Pozorski was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Boris Behn in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. 58 minutes into the match, Trzciany SSA's goal looked a bit too open when Lucjan Buda came free, but Tibor Berki reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 58th match minute, Trzciany SSA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Waclaw Sierocki to maneuver through the defense. If Lucjan Buda had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 62nd minute, Lucjan Buda ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tibor Berki was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. In the 66th minute, Wawrzyniec Fujarczuk hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Carter Suriani fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Boris Behn having to interfere. Lucjan Buda hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lucjan Buda in the 75th minute of play forced Trzciany SSA's goalkeeper Tibor Berki to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Trzciany SSA's goalie and right to Filippo Inzaghi. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Trzciany SSA's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. In the 79th minute Karolew 1908 Łódź were awarded a corner. Wawrzyniec Fujarczuk went to the cornerflag to take it. When the match had gone on for 81 minutes, Carter Suriani took a quick shot and it went in 2-1 without a chance for Boris Behn to make any attempt to save it. In the 88th minute, Carter Suriani left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Trzciany SSA fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2. Milosz Pietrowiak could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 91st minute of the match, but Boris Behn made a huge save. Lucjan Buda received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Tibor Berki tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
