El Paszito's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 11th minute, Piotr Degutis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mikolaj Golob hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. After 14 minutes, Andrzej Klawki made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. El Paszito's Ryszard Opat tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After some careless play in the Zmielone Kotlety FC defense, Basilio Frisco kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jedrzej Beninda. The Zmielone Kotlety FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jedrzej Beninda should have stopped the shot. Ryszard Opat made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bernard Ruszkowski in the 46th minute of play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-4.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Victorio Demesio stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes into the match, El Paszito's goal looked a bit too open when Bernard Ruszkowski came free, but Ryszard Opat reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fryderyk Pleban received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. The El Paszito fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ryszard Opat should have stopped the shot. Zmielone Kotlety FC's Olaf Grocholski was substituted for Tymoteusz Parzysz. In the 85th minute Jerzy Walaszkiewicz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ryszard Opat saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 86th play minute Bernard Ruszkowski came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Ryszard Opat. 2-7. After 95 played minutes El Paszito got a freekick which was hit by Victorio Demesio. If Jerzy Walaszkiewicz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When the match clock showed 97 minutes, the score became 2-9 when Jerzy Walaszkiewicz sped through El Paszito's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Ryszard Opat. Zmielone Kotlety FC played a much better game than El Paszito and deserved their victory. The El Paszito players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
