The audience thought a goal was coming when Witalis Czempa got free with Igor Magdziarz in the 3rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Igor Magdziarz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Witalis Czempa's shot from short distance in the 3rd minute. In the 7th minute, Fryderyk Redisz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Igor Magdziarz was out of position in the 9 minute of play, and Mieszko Dynda capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Mieszko Dynda really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. 16 minutes into the match, Widzew Łódź's goal looked a bit too open when Witalis Czempa came free, but Igor Magdziarz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mieszko Dynda recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 17th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Widzew Łódź getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Fryderyk Redisz hit a great ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Roland Czerniejewski during the 20th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of FC Maslak booed when Widzew Łódź was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Roland Czerniejewski didn't get a good kick on the ball. Widzew Łódź's defense didn't have a chance, in the 22nd minute, when Mieszko Dynda scored to the left of an out of position Igor Magdziarz, making the score, 2-0. After a rather tough play, Widzew Łódź's Fryderyk Redisz got a free kick in the 25th minute. Igor Magdziarz made a fantastic save in the 26th minute, when Tomasz Franzik sent off a good shot on target. With a little luck, Widzew Łódź's Igor Magdziarz got control of the ball when Witalis Czempa tried to sneak it across the goal line. 32 minutes into the game, FC Maslak's Adam Czerwinski nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Igor Magdziarz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. A collision led to Widzew Łódź getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Roland Czerniejewski hit a great ball. The supporters of FC Maslak booed when Widzew Łódź was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pankracy Bubczyk didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 47th minute, Tomasz Franzik ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Igor Magdziarz was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Witalis Czempa to make the kick off. 52 minutes into the game, Tomasz Franzik cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 7-0. Igor Magdziarz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Igor Magdziarz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Adam Czerwinski went, in the 56th minute, to the upper right corner, 8-0 was the resulting score. Igor Magdziarz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Witalis Czempa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 58 minutes into the match, Witalis Czempa notched a goal, 9-0, to the right of Widzew Łódź's Igor Magdziarz. Igor Magdziarz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Ulryk Ziomkowski hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. Mieszko Dynda took the ball and in the 63 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Igor Magdziarz. Igor Magdziarz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 10-0. In the 69th minute, Tomasz Franzik ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Igor Magdziarz was frozen by the shot and now it was 11-0. In the 73rd match minute, FC Maslak was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mieszko Dynda to maneuver through the defense. When Mieszko Dynda came up free with the goalie in the 74th minute, the FC Maslak fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mieszko Dynda couldn't finish the play. After 75 minutes, Witalis Czempa made it 12-0 with a short kick to the right side. Widzew Łódź's Igor Magdziarz tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Adam Czerwinski took the ball and in the 78 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Igor Magdziarz. Igor Magdziarz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 13-0. After some careless play in the Widzew Łódź defense, Tomasz Franzik kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Igor Magdziarz. The Widzew Łódź fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Igor Magdziarz should have stopped the shot. Widzew Łódź's Igor Magdziarz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mieszko Dynda in the 86th minute of play. In the 86th minute, Mieszko Dynda ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Igor Magdziarz was frozen by the shot and now it was 15-0. Igor Magdziarz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mieszko Dynda, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Witalis Czempa in the 97th minute of play forced Widzew Łódź's goalkeeper Igor Magdziarz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. FC Maslak fully deserved thier win.
