RF Karpaty Krosno's Janusz Skoroda got a good chance for a goal in the 8th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Grzegorz Glaza kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. Tadeusz Grocholski struck a weak shot in the 11th minute. Witomir Brudnicki didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Wisła Kraków. 14 minutes into the game, RF Karpaty Krosno's Bernard Ludzia nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Benedykt Golembiewski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Artur Jurgiel, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 28th minute, Olgierd Pracki managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tadeusz Grocholski helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Wisła Kraków getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Tadeusz Grocholski hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Robert Cichocki in the 40th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Witomir Brudnicki prevented the ball from getting in the gole.

In the 78thth minute of the game Artur Jurgiel who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Wisła Kraków's Benedykt Golembiewski was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Benedykt Golembiewski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Artur Jurgiel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. There was no doubt that RF Karpaty Krosno were the better team. RF Karpaty Krosno's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
