The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Edmund Wieczorek showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bartlomiej Charamut, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. 19 minutes into the match, Ziemowit Fleszar notched a goal, 0-5, to the right of Lubelski Full Lublin's Edmund Wieczorek. Edmund Wieczorek was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Edmund Wieczorek didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jacek Cholewa went, in the 22nd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-6 was the resulting score. Lubelski Full Lublin's Edmund Wieczorek played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ziemowit Fleszar in the 26th minute of play. But to his dismay, Ziemowit Fleszar quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-7. 35 minutes into the game, Bartlomiej Charamut cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-10. Edmund Wieczorek was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 39th minute, Bartlomiej Charamut left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Michałki Wietrzyce fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-11. In the 43rd minute Ziemowit Fleszar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edmund Wieczorek saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 44 minutes Lubelski Full Lublin's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Dobromir Majkowski who took care of the corner kick. In the 46th minute Zenon Palzewicz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edmund Wieczorek saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-11 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jacek Cholewa to make the kick off. In the 56th match minute, Michałki Wietrzyce was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jacek Cholewa to maneuver through the defense. Edmund Wieczorek made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ziemowit Fleszar in the 58th minute of play. Jacek Cholewa took the ball and in the 62 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Edmund Wieczorek. Edmund Wieczorek dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-12. Edmund Wieczorek made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jacek Cholewa in the 71st minute. Edmund Wieczorek came out of the goal in the 72nd minute to try and stop a shot by Michałki Wietrzyce's Damian Tamulewicz. But to his dismay, Damian Tamulewicz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-15. When the match had gone on for 76 minutes, Jacek Cholewa took a quick shot and it went in 0-16 without a chance for Edmund Wieczorek to make any attempt to save it. Edmund Wieczorek made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from João Mesquita in the 83rd minute of play. 84 minutes into the game, Dobromir Majkowski cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-18. Edmund Wieczorek was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ziemowit Fleszar in the 88th minute of play forced Lubelski Full Lublin's goalkeeper Edmund Wieczorek to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
