The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Tolek Piwowarski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kryspin Nieruchliwy in the 5th minute of play. Filip Sanocki scored 0-1 in the 6th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Tolek Piwowarski, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When the match had gone on for 9 minutes, Kryspin Nieruchliwy put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Tolek Piwowarski. If Filip Sanocki had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. FORZ.A.GDYNIA were awarded a corner in the 19th minute after Omega Wrocław's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Zula Cymbal took the corner. FORZ.A.GDYNIA's attentive Witomir Ziemba managed to snatch the ball when Tytus Brak made a throw-in in the 24th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zula Cymbal in the 27th minute of play forced Omega Wrocław's goalkeeper Tolek Piwowarski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tytus Brak hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. Filip Bialakowski came out of the goal in the 31st minute to try and stop a shot by Omega Wrocław's Gwidon Olejasz. But to his dismay, Gwidon Olejasz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. Grzegorz Limanowski kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. Tolek Piwowarski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kryspin Nieruchliwy in the 39th minute of the match. Tolek Piwowarski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Grzegorz Limanowski in the 41st minute of play. Omega Wrocław's Tolek Piwowarski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kryspin Nieruchliwy in the 42nd minute of play. If Zula Cymbal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Radoslaw Harasimowicz to strike the kick off in the second half. Tolek Piwowarski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zula Cymbal, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. Tolek Piwowarski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zula Cymbal in the 77th minute of the match. 78 minutes into the game, Kryspin Nieruchliwy cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-5. Tolek Piwowarski was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Marek Pietrowiak received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Zula Cymbal in the 88th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tolek Piwowarski prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Tolek Piwowarski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zula Cymbal, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. In the 91st minute Zula Cymbal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tolek Piwowarski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. FORZ.A.GDYNIA's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
