Tom Murillo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Svajūnas Damanskas in the 13th minute of the match. Marcelinho Hermes hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Svajūnas Damanskas was the one to do the kick off. Grzegorz Wos might have been able to make a better finish in the 52nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Tom Murillo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Grzegorz Wos ran back to his position shaking his head. Tom Murillo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Grzegorz Wos, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. In the 59th minute Svajūnas Damanskas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tom Murillo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Grzegorz Wos recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 62nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 63 minutes into the game, Svajūnas Damanskas cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Tom Murillo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 66 minutes into the game, FC Blaugrana Kraków's Grzegorz Wos nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Tom Murillo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. FC Blaugrana Kraków's Cyprian Winograd was substituted for Fabian Kutas. FC Blaugrana Kraków's Tadeusz Kalemba was substituted for Jerzy Raflewski.
