FC Sieradz's Nardo Zalaca played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dobromir Gendolla in the 24th minute of play. Marco Corrêa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ludomir Absolwent, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 27 minutes into the match, CWKS Sokół's goal looked a bit too open when Eduardo Lluis came free, but Marco Corrêa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nardo Zalaca showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dobromir Gendolla in the 28th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eduardo Lluis in the 30th minute of play forced CWKS Sokół's goalkeeper Marco Corrêa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mateusz Kisielka in the 31st minute of play forced FC Sieradz's goalkeeper Nardo Zalaca to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. FC Sieradz's Antoni Skaradoski managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Benedykt Faron in the 35 minute of the game. In the 37th minute Eduardo Lluis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marco Corrêa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 39 played minutes FC Sieradz got a freekick which was hit by Eduardo Lluis. In the 40th minute, Franciszek Wolnik left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The CWKS Sokół fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. If Dobromir Gendolla had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After the first half CWKS Sokół were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Dobromir Gendolla to make the kick off. Nardo Zalaca took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dobromir Gendolla, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. CWKS Sokół's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Franciszek Wolnik in the 56th minute. A collision led to FC Sieradz getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Zbyszek Frankowski hit a great ball. A hard shot by Aureliusz Kazczyk from long distance, 80 minutes into the match, got Nardo Zalaca's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. The FC Sieradz fans cheered their team off the field, for while CWKS Sokół had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
