The audience thought a goal was coming when Mateusz Kisielka got free with Tomasz Dyczkowski in the 15th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Mateusz Kisielka recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 16th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jurand Arbaszewski kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. KSZO Ostrowiec Św.'s Tomasz Dyczkowski proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 22nd minute of the match, managed to save KSZO Ostrowiec Św. from getting a goal against them. Tomasz Dyczkowski made an important save on a dangerous shot by Franciszek Wolnik in the 23rd minute. Mateusz Kisielka in the 31stth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Tomasz Dyczkowski, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Marco Corrêa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Roberto Lewandowski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Marco Corrêa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Izydor Dawiec in the 41st minute of play. In the 42nd minute the ball was on its way in behind KSZO Ostrowiec Św.'s goalkeeper Tomasz Dyczkowski, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. CWKS Sokół were awarded a corner in the 43th minute after KSZO Ostrowiec Św.'s defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Franciszek Wolnik took the corner. Aureliusz Kazczyk kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. In the 44th minute, Aureliusz Kazczyk fired away a free kick, which, to Tomasz Dyczkowski's relief, went just outside the right post. 46 minutes into the match, KSZO Ostrowiec Św.'s goal looked a bit too open when Franciszek Wolnik came free, but Tomasz Dyczkowski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Boruc Kostrzewa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marco Corrêa having to interfere. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Dobromir Gendolla to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute Dobromir Gendolla shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tomasz Dyczkowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Franciszek Wolnik sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Izydor Dawiec kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. 61 minutes into the game, CWKS Sokół's Dobromir Gendolla nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Tomasz Dyczkowski made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Fryderyk Osielski kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Mateusz Kisielka's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Tomasz Dyczkowski was relentless in the 75th minute of the game. After 83 played minutes KSZO Ostrowiec Św. got a freekick which was hit by Boguslaw Rasiak. After 84 played minutes, CWKS Sokół's Jurand Arbaszewski shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Tomasz Dyczkowski came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in CWKS Sokół reached it. A collision led to CWKS Sokół getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Bernard Tuliszewski hit a great ball. Marco Corrêa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zygmunt Rasimowicz in the 92nd minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Emil Rydzewski in the 93rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tomasz Dyczkowski saved KSZO Ostrowiec Św. from getting behind. Tomasz Dyczkowski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emil Rydzewski in the 96th minute of play. KSZO Ostrowiec Św.'s players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
