Artur Lewkowicz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Boleslaw Zbytniewski, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. When Ludomir Jestrimski came up free with the goalie in the 20th minute, the Borze Zaborze fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ludomir Jestrimski couldn't finish the play. Julian Kaczor's late challenge caught a ASTRONAUCI's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Julian Kaczor helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of ASTRONAUCI booed when Borze Zaborze was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Julian Kaczor didn't get a good kick on the ball. 25 minutes into the match, Borze Zaborze's goal looked a bit too open when Rafal Sikola came free, but Artur Lewkowicz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Artur Lewkowicz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rafal Sikola in the 43rd minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in ASTRONAUCI's zone, Ludomir Jestrimski stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Grzegorz Skarpiak came out of the goal and Ludomir Jestrimski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Borze Zaborze's Gwidon Wietrzychowski was substituted for Michal Jaruzelski.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Boleslaw Zbytniewski stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 55th match minute, Borze Zaborze was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eugeniusz Ciborek to maneuver through the defense. 55 minutes into the match, ASTRONAUCI's Sertel Akçakıl sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Artur Lewkowicz narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 76th minute the ball was on its way in behind Borze Zaborze's goalkeeper Artur Lewkowicz, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Artur Lewkowicz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Boleslaw Zbytniewski in the 80th minute. After a rather tough play, Borze Zaborze's Pawel Brzakala got a free kick in the 86th minute. Artur Lewkowicz was out of position in the 87 minute of play, and Rafal Sikola capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Rafal Sikola really showed his touch with that goal: 0-6. The audience thought a goal was coming when Boleslaw Zbytniewski got free with Artur Lewkowicz in the 90th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Jurand Makomaski kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. After some careless play in the Borze Zaborze defense, Boleslaw Zbytniewski kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Artur Lewkowicz. The Borze Zaborze fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Artur Lewkowicz should have stopped the shot. A collision led to Borze Zaborze getting a freekick after 98 minutes play. Pawel Brzakala hit a great ball. 99 minutes into the match, Boleslaw Zbytniewski had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Artur Lewkowicz. Borze Zaborze's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Boleslaw Zbytniewski was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-8. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched ASTRONAUCI eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
