Tanio O'Down showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leszek Tomiczek, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. Jagiellonia's Tanio O'Down played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zdzislaw Pawlak in the 8th minute of play. In the 12th minute, Jagiellonia's Sebastian Zyskowski dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. In the 20th minute Zdzislaw Pawlak shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tanio O'Down saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Damian Pietrowski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jüri Luik, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tanio O'Down showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zdzislaw Pawlak, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. In the 47th minute, Jüri Luik ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Damian Pietrowski was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Cezary Gollob was the one to do the kick off. Tanio O'Down made a fantastic save in the 52nd minute, when Fabian Weyna sent off a good shot on target. After 55 minutes, Sebastian Bergström mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Jagiellonia and the KS Rogoźnica players grew even worse after the yellow card. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Zdzislaw Pawlak in the 57th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tanio O'Down saved Jagiellonia from getting behind. KS Rogoźnica were awarded a corner in the 59th minute after Jagiellonia's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Cyryl Czeszejko took the corner. KS Rogoźnica's Cyryl Czeszejko was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Tanio O'Down in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Tanio O'Down showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leszek Tomiczek, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. In the last second Tanio O'Down throw himself and got hold of the ball when Zdzislaw Pawlak in the 64thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. Korneliusz Hryc could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 66th minute of the match, but Tanio O'Down made a huge save. 67 minutes into the match, Jagiellonia's goalkeeper Tanio O'Down had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Zdzislaw Pawlak. Wlodzimierz Ziomkowski was slow to take the kick. During this time Jagiellonia's players had a chance to rest. Jagiellonia's Jacek Pietrowicz was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Damian Pietrowski in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zdzislaw Pawlak in the 84th minute of play forced Jagiellonia's goalkeeper Tanio O'Down to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in KS Rogoźnica's zone, Cezary Gollob stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Damian Pietrowski came out of the goal and Cezary Gollob tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 93 minutes into the match, Jüri Luik had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Damian Pietrowski. KS Rogoźnica's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jüri Luik was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-2. Jacek Pietrowicz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Damian Pietrowski having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Jagiellonia had won after a very even match.
