Patrice Pacio started the match with the kick off. 2 minutes into the match, Patrice Pacio notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of FC Rogers Sosnowiec's Wawrzyniec Dzierwa. Wawrzyniec Dzierwa was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Dawid Bienienda had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Eugeniusz Cwojdak who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 9thth minute tested the skills of Astor Guipuzkoa when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Teofil Zagrobelny's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Wawrzyniec Dzierwa read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 10th minute of play. After 12 minutes of play, Expedition Lubin's Yan Wei Gang made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Wawrzyniec Dzierwa was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpectedly hard shot by Patrick Cestarolli in the 19th minute of play forced Expedition Lubin's goalkeeper Astor Guipuzkoa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 19 minutes of play, FC Rogers Sosnowiec's Patrick Cestarolli made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Astor Guipuzkoa was left in no man's land by his defense there! Wawrzyniec Dzierwa came out of the goal in the 26th minute to try and stop a shot by Expedition Lubin's Yan Wei Gang. But to his dismay, Yan Wei Gang quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. Expedition Lubin's Astor Guipuzkoa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Patrick Cestarolli in the 28th minute of play. When Yan Wei Gang came up free with the goalie in the 30th minute, the Expedition Lubin fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Yan Wei Gang couldn't finish the play. Patrick Cestarolli might have been able to make a better finish in the 32nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Astor Guipuzkoa. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Patrick Cestarolli ran back to his position shaking his head. 33 minutes into the match, FC Rogers Sosnowiec's goal looked a bit too open when Yan Wei Gang came free, but Wawrzyniec Dzierwa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Astor Guipuzkoa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Patrick Cestarolli, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wiktor Bejrut in the 38th minute of play forced Expedition Lubin's goalkeeper Astor Guipuzkoa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Patrick Cestarolli sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Patrick Cestarolli made the kick off in the second half. Astor Guipuzkoa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eugeniusz Cwojdak, who was totally free with the ball in the 50th minute. If Patrick Cestarolli had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Patrick Cestarolli struck a weak shot in the 58th minute. Astor Guipuzkoa didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Rogers Sosnowiec. Astor Guipuzkoa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eugeniusz Cwojdak in the 61st minute of the match. Expedition Lubin's Patrice Pacio got a good chance for a goal in the 62nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Patrick Cestarolli struck a weak shot in the 66th minute. Astor Guipuzkoa didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Rogers Sosnowiec. Antoni Milko's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Astor Guipuzkoa read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 72nd minute of play. The audience was convinced that Antoni Milko's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Astor Guipuzkoa was relentless in the 78th minute of the game. 82 minutes into the match, Expedition Lubin's goal looked a bit too open when Antoni Milko came free, but Astor Guipuzkoa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
