Through an outstanding action, after 14 minutes, Gustaw Golembiewski successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. PKS Marymont Warszawa's Gustaw Marchewka managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Sizwe Phakathi in the 16 minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gustaw Marchewka in the 16th minute of play forced Janusze's goalkeeper Bocho Bumbalov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. John Guidetti was the one to do the kick off. Janusze's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
