Fabian Arendarski was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a rather tough play, LKS Sieraków ŚL's Ostots Magallanes got a free kick in the 15th minute. In the 19th minute, Zagłębie Dąbrowskie's István Hoffman dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-1. If Franciszek Marud had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Marcin Osikowicz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from István Hoffman in the 27th minute of play. Octavio Xabel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Marcin Osikowicz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Zagłębie Dąbrowskie's Fabian Arendarski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leo Corderun in the 32nd minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Leo Corderun in the 32nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Fabian Arendarski saved Zagłębie Dąbrowskie from getting behind. Harry Potter hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. In the 38th minute István Hoffman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcin Osikowicz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Harry Potter in the 40th minute of play forced Zagłębie Dąbrowskie's goalkeeper Fabian Arendarski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Marcin Osikowicz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Octavio Xabel, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by István Hoffman in the 43rd minute of play forced LKS Sieraków ŚL's goalkeeper Marcin Osikowicz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Through an outstanding action, after 44 minutes, Marcin Osikowicz successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Harry Potter to make the kick off. In the 60th match minute, Zagłębie Dąbrowskie was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jânio Ramos to maneuver through the defense. Fabian Arendarski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Franciszek Marud in the 63rd minute of the match. Leopoldo Manta took the ball and in the 84 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Marcin Osikowicz. Thanks to some nice moves Zoltán Tar could shoot a difficult shot in the 93rd minute, which Fabian Arendarski however easily saved by the left post. Patryk Zukowski recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 95th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Zé Roberto Trevisan kicked well hit freekick during the 97th minute of the match. Zagłębie Dąbrowskie's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
