KS Greenpi's supporters crossed their fingers, but Edmund Hajder was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of BYDGOSTIA booed when KS Greenpi was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marek Roman didn't get a good kick on the ball. Olgierd Kowalski's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Mariusz Pochorylo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 9th minute of play. In the 11th minute BYDGOSTIA were awarded a corner. Patryk Zgonina went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Patryk Zgonina got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Mariusz Pochorylo quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Olgierd Kowalski recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 14th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Marek Roman made in the 17th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by BYDGOSTIA's Dariusz Smuskiewicz. In the 18th minute Deng Kang Kang shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zbyszko Leper saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of BYDGOSTIA booed when KS Greenpi was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marek Roman didn't get a good kick on the ball. 28 minutes into the game, Olgierd Kowalski cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Mariusz Pochorylo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. BYDGOSTIA's Dariusz Smuskiewicz managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Marek Roman in the 31 minute of the game. Olgierd Kowalski's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Mariusz Pochorylo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 31st minute of play. Mariusz Pochorylo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Olgierd Kowalski, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Marek Roman during the 61st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The audience thought a goal was coming when Olgierd Kowalski got free with Mariusz Pochorylo in the 65th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. BYDGOSTIA's Zbyszko Leper played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Deng Kang Kang in the 69th minute of play. In the 74th minute of the match KS Greenpi got a corner. BYDGOSTIA's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Zbyszko Kazanowski ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led KS Greenpi's Zbyszko Kazanowski to fire away a dangerous shot which Zbyszko Leper despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. BYDGOSTIA's Marcin Prusinowski was substituted for Piotr Gorzkiewicz. Andrea Betzanos made in the 79th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by BYDGOSTIA's Sebastian Bochynski. 82 minutes into the match, Deng Kang Kang notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of BYDGOSTIA's Zbyszko Leper. Zbyszko Leper was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The supporters of BYDGOSTIA booed when KS Greenpi was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zbyszko Kazanowski didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mariusz Pochorylo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Olgierd Kowalski in the 89th minute of play. Olgierd Kowalski took the ball and in the 89 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mariusz Pochorylo. Mariusz Pochorylo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. A hard shot 92 in the game by Marcin Prusinowski from a close distance when the talented Mariusz Pochorylo managed to make a qualified save. KS Greenpi's players were relieved. A collision led to BYDGOSTIA getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Vladislav Sarafov hit a great ball. The BYDGOSTIA supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing BYDGOSTIA would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
