With an extended leg and a bit of luck Borys Poreda prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 20th minute Miromir Lichorobiec shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Borys Poreda saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Miromir Lichorobiec might have been able to make a better finish in the 27th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Borys Poreda. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Miromir Lichorobiec ran back to his position shaking his head. Shaolin soccer's Herbert Walczyk quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Albertino Lemos, made in the 92nd minute of the game. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
