KS Osada Tarnowskie Góry's Cezary Lato played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ceferino Odol in the 3rd minute of play. In the 4thth minute of the game Tomasz Frankowski who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but KS Osada Tarnowskie Góry's Cezary Lato was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 6 minutes of play, Stal Rzeszów's Roy Offendahl made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Cezary Lato was left in no man's land by his defense there! Cezary Lato showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Roy Offendahl, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. After some careless play in the KS Osada Tarnowskie Góry defense, Ceferino Odol kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Cezary Lato. The KS Osada Tarnowskie Góry fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Cezary Lato should have stopped the shot. In the 14th minute Tomasz Frankowski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cezary Lato saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 16 minutes into the game, Stal Rzeszów's Ceferino Odol nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. The supporters of Stal Rzeszów booed when KS Osada Tarnowskie Góry was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Emil Banan didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rafael Quiroga scored 0-4 in the 32nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Cezary Lato, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Rafael Quiroga sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Stal Rzeszów's Tomasz Frankowski got a good chance for a goal in the 37th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 39 minutes into the match, Tomasz Frankowski notched a goal, 0-5, to the right of KS Osada Tarnowskie Góry's Cezary Lato. Cezary Lato was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 45th minute Roy Offendahl shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cezary Lato saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-5.

The wind increased when Konrad Bochinski made the kick off in the second half. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tomasz Frankowski got free with Cezary Lato in the 52nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Rafael Quiroga took the ball and in the 72 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Cezary Lato. Cezary Lato dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-9. In the 75th minute, Ceferino Odol ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Cezary Lato was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-10. Roy Offendahl sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Stal Rzeszów's Marek Bialakowski was substituted for Tomasz Frankowski. Cezary Lato took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hieronim Piczak, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 84th minute, Dominik Barniszke hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cezary Lato was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Roy Offendahl showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-11 in the 87 minute of play. Ceferino Odol could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 90th minute of the match, but Cezary Lato made a huge save. Cezary Lato showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marek Bialakowski in the 91st minute of the match.
