Pork Eating Crusader's Korneliusz Karanowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Karol Tomiczek in the 27th minute of play. With an all-out effort, Pork Eating Crusader's Zenon Pleban threw himself towards the right post 30 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Yaar M'Vila, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 31st minute of the match Pork Eating Crusader got a corner. Legia Warszawa's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Pork Eating Crusader's goalie and right to Stanislaw Basinski. Pork Eating Crusader's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. After a defensive mix-up in Pork Eating Crusader's zone, Axel Lindberg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Korneliusz Karanowski came out of the goal and Axel Lindberg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 71st match minute, Pork Eating Crusader was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edelmiro Ayala to maneuver through the defense. In the 75th minute the ball was on its way in behind Pork Eating Crusader's goalkeeper Korneliusz Karanowski, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 77 minutes into the match, Karol Tomiczek notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Pork Eating Crusader's Korneliusz Karanowski. Korneliusz Karanowski was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Pork Eating Crusader's Korneliusz Karanowski proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 79th minute of the match, managed to save Pork Eating Crusader from getting a goal against them. 82 minutes into the game, Daniel Domamir cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Zenon Pleban was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Daniel Domamir in the 85th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Zenon Pleban saved Legia Warszawa from getting behind. After 88 played minutes Legia Warszawa got a freekick which was hit by Lucian Mihăilă. In the 93rd minute Karol Tomiczek shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Korneliusz Karanowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Legia Warszawa getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Witomir Blicharz hit a great ball. Zenon Pleban made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Yaar M'Vila in the 96th minute of play. Pork Eating Crusader's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
