The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Robert Wnukowski was the one to do the kick off. Robert Wnukowski could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 57th minute of the match, but Napoleon Jajko made a huge save. Hieronim Mentis stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tolek Wojtyna's shot from short distance in the 58th minute. Robert Wnukowski might have been able to make a better finish in the 77th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Napoleon Jajko. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Robert Wnukowski ran back to his position shaking his head. With an all-out effort, Radomiak Radom's Napoleon Jajko threw himself towards the right post 77 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Robert Wnukowski, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Robert Wnukowski who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 83rdth minute tested the skills of Napoleon Jajko when he managed to save the team from getting behind.
