The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The supporters of MS Rybnik booed when KKS Legia Deptaka was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fryderyk Cisek didn't get a good kick on the ball. When KKS Legia Deptaka's Rafal Lichorobiec in the 7th minute got a chance for a shot 7th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. In the 8thth minute of the game Pawel Patora who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but MS Rybnik's Izydor Wolnik was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 10th minute Feliks Wojton shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Izydor Wolnik saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Feliks Wojton in the 12th minute of play forced MS Rybnik's goalkeeper Izydor Wolnik to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dominik Pachucki made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from José Augusto Rosa in the 18th minute of play. In the 19th minute of the match MS Rybnik got a corner. KKS Legia Deptaka's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Cyprian Orling ran over to the corner to take the kick. 22 minutes into the match, Feliks Wojton had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Izydor Wolnik. MS Rybnik's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Feliks Wojton was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. With a little luck, KKS Legia Deptaka's Dominik Pachucki got control of the ball when José Augusto Rosa tried to sneak it across the goal line. 27 minutes into the match, KKS Legia Deptaka's goalkeeper Dominik Pachucki had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by José Augusto Rosa. In the 33rd minute of the game Konrad Poling made a throw-in which Feliks Wojton played forward. MS Rybnik's Casimiro Claus quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Konrad Poling, made in the 37th minute of the game. Dominik Pachucki was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but José Augusto Rosa showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-1 in the 40 minute of play. When Leroy Sane fell near the penalty area in the 43rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored MS Rybnik's protests and gave Leroy Sane a yellow card for diving instead. Leroy Sane hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. Feliks Wojton took the ball and in the 45 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Izydor Wolnik. Izydor Wolnik dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Pawel Patora made the kick off in the second half. The throw-in from Konrad Poling in the 57th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by MS Rybnik's Cyprian Pracki. If José Augusto Rosa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Dominik Pachucki showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from José Augusto Rosa in the 61st minute of the match. After some careless play in the KKS Legia Deptaka defense, José Augusto Rosa kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Dominik Pachucki. The KKS Legia Deptaka fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dominik Pachucki should have stopped the shot. MS Rybnik made a substitution. Evaristo Fernandez replaced José Augusto Rosa. KKS Legia Deptaka's Bernard Polakowski was substituted for Feliks Wojton. KKS Legia Deptaka's Leszek Maziarz was substituted for Pawel Patora. MS Rybnik's 许银珂 was substituted for Cristiano Batista. A sloppy throw-in by Konrad Poling in the 73rd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by MS Rybnik's Cyprian Pracki. In the 74th minute Bernard Polakowski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Izydor Wolnik saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 77 minutes into the game, Leszek Maziarz recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Izydor Wolnik. Leszek Maziarz showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-3. MS Rybnik's Izydor Wolnik played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leszek Maziarz in the 79th minute of play. Leszek Maziarz scored 2-4 in the 79th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Izydor Wolnik, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Konrad Poling made in the 82nd minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Rafal Lichorobiec. Norbert Cieslak received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Izydor Wolnik tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 85th minute Rafal Lichorobiec shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Izydor Wolnik saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dominik Pachucki made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Evaristo Fernandez in the 86th minute of play. 87 minutes had been played when some careless play by KKS Legia Deptaka's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Cyprian Orling was slow to take the kick. During this time MS Rybnik's players had a chance to rest. The corner led to MS Rybnik's Leroy Sane getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. 89 minutes into the game, Evaristo Fernandez cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-4. Dominik Pachucki was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When the final whistle sounded KKS Legia Deptaka left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than MS Rybnik.
