In the 26th minute the ball was on its way in behind Olimpia HSB's goalkeeper Tolek Kiszkiel, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 30th minute, Fabian Czeszejko made a precise shot to the right of Erol Suer. Rega Merida CF's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. Fabian Czeszejko sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Nikola Mirotić could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 38th minute of the match, but Erol Suer made a huge save. Olimpia HSB's Leon Piekarczyk managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Ryan Gravenhorst in the 42 minute of the game. Nistor Sârban hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. Erol Suer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fabian Czeszejko, who was totally free with the ball in the 48th minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Fabian Czeszejko to make the kick off. Konrad Knopek replaced Nistor Sârban. Rega Merida CF's Damazy Warka was substituted for Abdulhamit Beycan. Fernando Morientes kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. Through an outstanding action, after 70 minutes, Tolek Kiszkiel successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Tolek Kiszkiel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Konrad Knopek, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 73rd minute, Fabian Czeszejko left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Olimpia HSB fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. Olimpia HSB made a substitution. Zbyszko Skorny replaced Artur Walczak. With a little luck, Olimpia HSB's Tolek Kiszkiel got control of the ball when Zula Nowacki tried to sneak it across the goal line. 80 minutes into the game, Rega Merida CF's Konrad Knopek nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Tolek Kiszkiel made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-1. Rega Merida CF's Erol Suer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jacek Pietrowiak in the 85th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 87 minutes, Konrad Knopek took a quick shot and it went in 4-2 without a chance for Tolek Kiszkiel to make any attempt to save it. Olimpia HSB's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
