Olav Iqbal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Christian Øvstedal having to interfere. 20 minutes into the game, Anabole Steroider's Gabriel Skulstad nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Bernt Sannerud made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. Christian Øvstedal came out of the goal in the 26th minute to try and stop a shot by Sund BF's Alex Garvik. But to his dismay, Alex Garvik quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. Ole-Jostein Smørdal charged in rather forcefully in the 31st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ole-Jostein Smørdal the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Ole-Jostein Smørdal hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. Olav Iqbal's late challenge caught a Anabole Steroider's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Olav Iqbal helped the player get up and apologised. Simen Bogen's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Bernt Sannerud read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 36th minute of play. Bernt Sannerud showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gabriel Skulstad in the 40th minute of the match. After 43 minutes of play, Sund BF's Alex Garvik made it 3-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Christian Øvstedal was left in no man's land by his defense there! Alex Garvik's late challenge caught a Anabole Steroider's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Alex Garvik helped the player get up and apologised. In the 46th minute, Alex Garvik hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Simen Bogen to strike the kick off in the second half. Anabole Steroider's Ole-Jostein Smørdal got a good chance for a goal in the 58th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Gabriel Skulstad received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Bernt Sannerud tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Anabole Steroider's zone, Alex Garvik stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Christian Øvstedal came out of the goal and Alex Garvik tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Simen Bogen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Christian Øvstedal didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Alex Garvik went, in the 81st minute, to the upper right corner, 4-4 was the resulting score. After having played for 89 minutes, Olav Iqbal managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sund BF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Olav Iqbal was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Simen Bogen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
