He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Det Dekadente Borgerskap reached it. In the 11th minute Kenneth Lilletvedt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arthur Sundgot saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tore Øvergård in the 12th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Andor Vaag saved Einherjar from getting behind. Lars Takle fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Andor Vaag having to interfere. Lars Takle recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 16th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Lars Takle's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 18thth minute, Andor Vaag skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Kenneth Lilletvedt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 36 minutes into the match, Det Dekadente Borgerskap's goal looked a bit too open when Kenneth Lilletvedt came free, but Arthur Sundgot reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Einherjar fans' excitement grew in the 41st match minute when Einherjar's Kjell Høgberg looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tore Øvergård in the 47th minute of play forced Einherjar's goalkeeper Andor Vaag to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

After 55 played minutes Einherjar got a freekick which was hit by Jostein Nord. Det Dekadente Borgerskap's Tore Øvergård got a good chance for a goal in the 57th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With his leg Arthur Sundgot managed to avoid a goal in the 59thth minute, when Einherjar's Kjell Høgberg fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After 65 played minutes Det Dekadente Borgerskap got a freekick which was hit by Hugo Vilhelmsen. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kenneth Lilletvedt in the 68th minute of play forced Det Dekadente Borgerskap's goalkeeper Arthur Sundgot to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Einherjar booed when Det Dekadente Borgerskap was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hugo Vilhelmsen didn't get a good kick on the ball. Kenneth Lilletvedt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 76th minute, Kenneth Lilletvedt left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Einherjar fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. A collision led to Det Dekadente Borgerskap getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Bjørnar Stålesen hit a great ball. Kenneth Lilletvedt blasted a shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Arthur Sundgot having to make a save. Kjell Høgberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arthur Sundgot having to interfere. With an all-out effort, Einherjar's Arthur Sundgot threw himself towards the right post 85 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Kenneth Lilletvedt, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Kenneth Lilletvedt struck a weak shot in the 87th minute. Arthur Sundgot didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Einherjar. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Einherjar eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
