The audience was convinced that Octav Stroia's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ole-Gunnar Vanvik was relentless in the 15th minute of the game. Octav Stroia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ole-Gunnar Vanvik having to interfere. Gjermund Hegland hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. Trond Bragstad showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Olaf Braut in the 28th minute of the match. Trond Bragstad made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Olaf Braut in the 29th minute of play. Edvard Myran hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. Gjermund Hegland hit a great ball. 93 minutes into the game, Gualterio Eleder cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Ole-Gunnar Vanvik was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Lyn Oslo 1896 walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
