But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kevin Sjo couldn't finish the play. Fredrik Reed kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. Kristian Lundgård received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Max Kvilhaug tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 33rd match minute, Snerten was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sebastian Turøy to maneuver through the defense. Alf-Inge Høgseth recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 35th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 37 minutes into the match, Rækvik FF's Theodor Thorsø sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ruben Evjen narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 39 minutes into the match, Kristian Lundgård had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Max Kvilhaug. Rækvik FF's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Kristian Lundgård was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. After a rather tough play, Snerten's Sebastian Turøy got a free kick in the 43rd minute. Kevin Sjo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Alf-Inge Høgseth made a kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Snerten's Kevin Sjo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Max Kvilhaug narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The Snerten fans' excitement grew in the 62nd match minute when Snerten's Kevin Sjo looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Rækvik FF's Theodor Thorsø got a good chance for a goal in the 69th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Kevin Sjo succeeded in the game's 72nd minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-3. In the 76th minute, Kevin Sjo reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Max Kvilhaug. The goal made the score 1-4. Kristian Lundgård received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Max Kvilhaug tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Max Kvilhaug showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kevin Sjo in the 81st minute of the match. Tord Helliesen hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. Rækvik FF's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Per-Filip Kolstad 84 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-5. An unexpected shot in the 90th minute by Kevin Sjo got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. With a little luck, Rækvik FF's Max Kvilhaug got control of the ball when Kristian Lundgård tried to sneak it across the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Kevin Sjo in the 95th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Max Kvilhaug prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The supporters of Snerten booed when Rækvik FF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Carl Bore didn't get a good kick on the ball. Snerten's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
