Hans-Kristian Roald stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tor-Egil Skar's shot from short distance in the 9th minute. Eiksund's Hans-Kristian Roald played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tor-Egil Skar in the 11th minute of play. After 13 minutes, Frode Reinertsen mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Reber FK II and the Eiksund players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 14th minute, Frode Reinertsen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 15 played minutes Eiksund got a freekick which was hit by John-Einar Tiller. Hans-Kristian Roald showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tor-Egil Skar in the 20th minute of the match. 21 minutes into the match, Frode Reinertsen had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Hans-Kristian Roald. Eiksund's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Frode Reinertsen was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tor-Egil Skar in the 25th minute of play forced Eiksund's goalkeeper Hans-Kristian Roald to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 28th minute, Tor-Egil Skar managed to get in a good position for a shot. Reber FK II's supporters rose to their feet, but Tor-Egil Skar was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hans-Kristian Roald breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Henrik Jønsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Johan Haddeland having to interfere. Ole-Gunnar Gjønnes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Johan Haddeland having to interfere. Johan Haddeland showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Henrik Jønsson in the 39th minute of the match. The supporters of Reber FK II booed when Eiksund was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ole-Gunnar Gjønnes didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tor-Egil Skar in the 43rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Hans-Kristian Roald saved Eiksund from getting behind. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Henrik Jønsson was the one to do the kick off. Eiksund's Fridtjof Ås got a good chance for a goal in the 54th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Tore Hoang fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Johan Haddeland having to interfere. Eiksund's Hans-Kristian Roald played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Frode Reinertsen in the 62nd minute of play. Henrik Jønsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Eiksund getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Ole-Gunnar Gjønnes hit a great ball. Tor-Egil Skar took the ball and in the 74 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Hans-Kristian Roald. Hans-Kristian Roald dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Johan Haddeland made a fantastic save in the 79th minute, when Ole-Gunnar Gjønnes sent off a good shot on target. Tor-Egil Skar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hans-Kristian Roald having to interfere. In the 89th minute Henrik Jønsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Johan Haddeland saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Henrik Jønsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Johan Haddeland having to interfere. Ole-Gunnar Gjønnes could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 92nd minute of the match, but Johan Haddeland made a huge save. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Reber FK II had won after a very even match.
