Skløtta IF's Robert Amundsen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Magne Nordnes in the 21st minute of play. Robert Amundsen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Magne Nordnes in the 26th minute of play. Team Bonzki's Kenneth Hebnes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Henrik Granlund in the 27th minute of play. Henrik Granlund fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kenneth Hebnes having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 32nd minute, Birger Håpnes managed to get in a good position for a shot. Skløtta IF's supporters rose to their feet, but Birger Håpnes was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kenneth Hebnes breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The audience thought a goal was coming when Laurits Ribe got free with Kenneth Hebnes in the 39th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Kenneth Hebnes made an important save on a dangerous shot by Henrik Granlund in the 41st minute. In the 44th minute, Henrik Granlund fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Kenneth Hebnes, passed just outside the right post. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Henrik Granlund to strike the kick off in the second half. Robert Amundsen made an important save on a dangerous shot by Magne Nordnes in the 52nd minute. Birger Håpnes came free in the 57th minute and tried to tip the ball over Kenneth Hebnes, but to the joy of Team Bonzki's supporters the ball went over. An unexpectedly hard shot by Laurits Ribe in the 63rd minute of play forced Team Bonzki's goalkeeper Kenneth Hebnes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jan-Aage Olberg kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. Theodor Reistad received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Robert Amundsen came out and tried to block the shot, but Theodor Reistad slotted it home off the left post making it 0-1 in the 66th minute. 71 minutes into the match, Theodor Reistad had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Robert Amundsen. Skløtta IF's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Theodor Reistad was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Kenneth Hebnes came out of the goal in the 74th minute to try and stop a shot by Skløtta IF's Henrik Granlund. But to his dismay, Henrik Granlund quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. The supporters of Team Bonzki booed when Skløtta IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Laurits Ribe didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 86th minute of the match, Magne Nordnes got a very nice opportunity to score, but Robert Amundsen was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Robert Amundsen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Theodor Reistad, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. In the 94th minute, Henrik Granlund got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Mathias Trønnes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
