Ole-Gunnar Klemetsen's late challenge caught a Sörem BF's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ole-Gunnar Klemetsen helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Sörem BF booed when Trollfjordbotn was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ole-Gunnar Klemetsen didn't get a good kick on the ball. After the first half Sörem BF were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

After having played for 51 minutes, Odin Onstad managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sörem BF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Odin Onstad was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Nils Stadheim received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Joachim Bryne tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 55 minutes into the game, Cato Tjøstheim was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Sörem BF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Trollfjordbotn the free kick. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 55th minute of the game. One of Sörem BF:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Trollfjordbotn:s goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 63rd minute, Nils Stadheim managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sörem BF's supporters rose to their feet, but Nils Stadheim was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Joachim Bryne breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Nils Stadheim in the 66th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Joachim Bryne saved Trollfjordbotn from getting behind. After a rather tough play, Sörem BF's Odin Onstad got a free kick in the 69th minute. In the 71st play minute Markus Vinje came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Joachim Bryne. 0-3. In the 75th minute, Sindre Skjærstad hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The crowd rose to their feet as Nils Stadheim kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Joachim Bryne. That made the score 0-4 in the 78 minute of play. Nils Stadheim struck a weak shot in the 82nd minute. Joachim Bryne didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sörem BF. The audience thought a goal was coming when Nils Stadheim got free with Joachim Bryne in the 84th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Odin Onstad came up free with the goalie in the 85th minute, the Sörem BF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Odin Onstad couldn't finish the play. Kristian Wik struck a weak shot in the 86th minute. Joachim Bryne didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sörem BF. Odin Onstad recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 87th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Nils Stadheim could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 89th minute of the match, but Joachim Bryne made a huge save. After some careless play in the Trollfjordbotn defense, Odin Onstad kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Joachim Bryne. The Trollfjordbotn fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Joachim Bryne should have stopped the shot. If Kristian Wik had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nils Stadheim received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Joachim Bryne came out and tried to block the shot, but Nils Stadheim slotted it home off the left post making it 0-6 in the 99th minute. When the final whistle sounded Sörem BF left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Trollfjordbotn.
