In a very dangerous position, a player in Amdal fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 6th minute. Penalty! In the 7th minute there was a penalty for Reborn. Julian Hoem stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Henrik Haugum. 0-1. In the 10th minute, Kim-André Stokke got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Henrik Haugum took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tobias Forland, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jørgen Evje during the 12th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Jørgen Evje hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. Henrik Haugum showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vebjørn Skogstad in the 14th minute of the match. Henrik Haugum made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tobias Forland in the 15th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Amdal's Jørgen Evje got a free kick in the 15th minute. Odd Ueland succeeded in the game's 21st minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-1. Alf Frøland could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 24th minute of the match, but Øystein Dale made a huge save. If Vebjørn Skogstad had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Amdal getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Jørgen Evje hit a great ball. In the 34th minute, Odd Ueland got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In a very dangerous position, a player in Reborn fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 40th minute. Penalty! Christian Skansen shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. In the 47th minute Odd Ueland shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Øystein Dale saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Alf Frøland had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Odd Ueland stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Henrik Haugum showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vebjørn Skogstad, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. Øystein Dale came out of the goal in the 55th minute to try and stop a shot by Amdal's Odd Ueland. But to his dismay, Odd Ueland quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. The supporters of Reborn booed when Amdal was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Christian Skansen didn't get a good kick on the ball. Reborn's Øystein Dale played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Odd Ueland in the 64th minute of play. Vebjørn Skogstad sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Amdal getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Christian Skansen hit a great ball. Henrik Haugum made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vebjørn Skogstad in the 77th minute of play. If Alf Frøland had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Henrik Haugum took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vebjørn Skogstad, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 84 played minutes, Reborn's Julian Hoem shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Henrik Haugum came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Reborn reached it. Henrik Haugum was out of position in the 86 minute of play, and Vebjørn Skogstad capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Vebjørn Skogstad really showed his touch with that goal: 2-3. The Amdal supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Reborn's performance. The match ended with a win for Reborn.
