Seating: 1729, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Frode Grimsrud kicked off to start the match. 4 minutes into the game, Jonathan Evju was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Joma's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Heia Start the free kick. Jonathan Evju kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. 16 minutes in the game, Herman Grønlie fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Nikolai Sem having to interfere. After 17 played minutes Heia Start got a freekick which was hit by Oddbjørn Guldbrandsen. Herman Grønlie could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 19th minute of the match, but Nikolai Sem made a huge save. After 21 played minutes Heia Start got a freekick which was hit by Jon-Egil Heggdal. Henrik Walberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nikolai Sem having to interfere. When Herman Grønlie came up free with the goalie in the 24th minute, the Joma fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Herman Grønlie couldn't finish the play. Henrik Walberg's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Nikolai Sem read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 26th minute of play. When Joma's Henrik Walberg in the 30th minute got a chance for a shot 30th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Heia Start's goalie prevented a goal. If Henrik Walberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jon-Egil Heggdal kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. Herman Grønlie sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 49th minute Jon-Egil Heggdal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anders Hemnes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Henrik Walberg to strike the kick off in the second half. Anders Hemnes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Frode Grimsrud, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. With his leg Anders Hemnes managed to avoid a goal in the 57thth minute, when Heia Start's Tage Milde fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Frode Grimsrud in the 60th minute of play forced Joma's goalkeeper Anders Hemnes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nikolai Sem took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jimmy Risa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tage Milde's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 74thth minute, Anders Hemnes skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 82nd match minute, Joma was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jonathan Evju to maneuver through the defense. Tage Milde fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anders Hemnes having to interfere. Tage Milde could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 89th minute of the match, but Anders Hemnes made a huge save. Herman Grønlie sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 94th match minute, Joma was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ulrik Frøystad to maneuver through the defense. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
