Spectators: 7568 (Terracing: 5677, Seating: 1740, VIP seats: 151) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Magne Heggheim kicked off to start the match. Magne Heggheim struck a weak shot in the 5th minute. Frode Rekstad didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Oni. When Magne Heggheim came up free with the goalie in the 7th minute, the Oni fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Magne Heggheim couldn't finish the play. The audience was convinced that Magne Heggheim's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Frode Rekstad was relentless in the 10th minute of the game. A collision led to Ørsta getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Adrian Waage hit a great ball. Arve Kofoed received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Asbjørn Vogt tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Kasper Skogseth recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 18th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the match had gone on for 21 minutes, Magne Heggheim put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Frode Rekstad. Frode Rekstad showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Magne Heggheim, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Magne Heggheim in the 28th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Frode Rekstad saved Ørsta from getting behind. After 29 played minutes Oni got a freekick which was hit by Magne Heggheim. 32 minutes into the match, Ørsta's goal looked a bit too open when Magne Heggheim came free, but Frode Rekstad reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Magne Heggheim in the 35th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Frode Rekstad prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Stig-Inge Ditlefsen during the 35th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Stig-Inge Ditlefsen hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. 38 minutes into the game, Oni's Kjetil-André Roe nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Frode Rekstad made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. After a defensive mix-up in Ørsta's zone, Kjetil-André Roe stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Frode Rekstad came out of the goal and Kjetil-André Roe tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 45 played minutes Ørsta got a freekick which was hit by Sebastian Brattli. Magne Heggheim fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Frode Rekstad having to interfere.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Kasper Skogseth made a kick off. In the 52nd minute, Adam Austnes made a precise shot to the right of Frode Rekstad. Ørsta's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. In the 59th minute, Magne Heggheim reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Frode Rekstad. The goal made the score 0-4. In the last second Frode Rekstad throw himself and got hold of the ball when Magne Heggheim in the 63rdth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. 75 minutes into the match, Ørsta's goal looked a bit too open when Magne Heggheim came free, but Frode Rekstad reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 79th minute of the game. One of Ørsta:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Oni:s goal. After 85 played minutes Oni got a freekick which was hit by Cato Ekeland. Kjetil-André Roe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Kjetil-André Roe succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-7 in the 90th playminute. If Magne Heggheim had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 98th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Ørsta fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Oni were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
