Stølsang FK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Onglavika the free kick. After 3 played minutes Stølsang FK got a freekick which was hit by Snorre Fonnes. In the 10th minute Christian Brekke shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ådne Høyvik saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ådne Høyvik stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Bjørnar Løkkeberg's shot from short distance in the 35th minute. Christian Brekke fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ådne Høyvik having to interfere. If Adam Hojem had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

In the 54th minute, Asmund Anti ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Runar Hanstad was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. In the 57th minute, Christian Brekke made a precise shot to the right of Ådne Høyvik. Onglavika's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. Adam Hojem received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Runar Hanstad tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bjørnar Løkkeberg couldn't finish the play. After having played for 89 minutes, Christian Brekke managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Stølsang FK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Christian Brekke was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
