Andreas Nordland took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Henrik Husabø, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 5 minutes, Tor-Arne Hjørnevik mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Tröften BK and the Vestbøstad BF players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 11th play minutes Andreas Ellingsen shot 1-0, a short shot which went by Øystein Myre and just under the crossbar into goal. Andreas Nordland showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Henrik Husabø, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. Andreas Nordland showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gustav Bødtker in the 15th minute of the match. Ole-Petter Økland kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Andreas Ellingsen in the 19th minute of play forced Tröften BK's goalkeeper Øystein Myre to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Gustav Bødtker had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 22 minutes into the match, Vestbøstad BF's goal looked a bit too open when Henrik Husabø came free, but Andreas Nordland reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 28th minute, Are Gjelsvik hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Andreas Nordland came out of the goal in the 29th minute to try and stop a shot by Tröften BK's Henrik Husabø. But to his dismay, Henrik Husabø quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. If Henrik Husabø had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Henrik Husabø took the ball and in the 35 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Andreas Nordland. Andreas Nordland dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. Gustav Bødtker sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 42nd minute, Henrik Husabø got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Erling Blomvik sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

In the 55thth minute of the game Erling Blomvik who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Tröften BK's Øystein Myre was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 57th minute, Henrik Husabø ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Andreas Nordland was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. 68 minutes into the match, Erling Blomvik notched a goal, 2-3, to the right of Tröften BK's Øystein Myre. Øystein Myre was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 75th minute, Gustav Bødtker left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Tröften BK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-4. If Gustav Bødtker had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Andreas Ellingsen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Øystein Myre having to interfere. Øystein Myre showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Andreas Ellingsen, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. Andreas Ellingsen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Øystein Myre tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Tröften BK walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
