In the 10th match minute, Liaböen IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jarle Romundstad to maneuver through the defense. Daniel Haugsvær fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eilert Henden having to interfere. After 26 minutes of play, KEZ Toppfotball's Daniel Haugsvær made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Eilert Henden was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 29 minutes, Ulrik Aanes mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Liaböen IF and the KEZ Toppfotball players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Liaböen IF getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Ulrik Aanes hit a great ball. In the 30th minute of the match, Daniel Haugsvær got a very nice opportunity to score, but Eilert Henden was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. 32 minutes into the game, Kenneth Nesvik cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Emil Iordache was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 38 minutes into the game, Giray Hezarfen was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. KEZ Toppfotball's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Liaböen IF the free kick. In the 38th minute, Giray Hezarfen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 46th minute the ball was on its way in behind Liaböen IF's goalkeeper Eilert Henden, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Eilert Henden took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Haugsvær, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Giray Hezarfen in the 55th minute of play forced Liaböen IF's goalkeeper Eilert Henden to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Eilert Henden showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Peter Jelstad in the 56th minute of the match. 57 minutes into the match, Liaböen IF's goal looked a bit too open when Kjetil Melheim came free, but Eilert Henden reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Torbjørn Angvik scored 3-1 in the 64th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Eilert Henden, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Eilert Henden came out of the goal in the 68th minute to try and stop a shot by KEZ Toppfotball's Giray Hezarfen. But to his dismay, Giray Hezarfen quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Hugo Trøen in the 73rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Eilert Henden saved Liaböen IF from getting behind. 74 minutes into the match, KEZ Toppfotball's goal looked a bit too open when Kenneth Nesvik came free, but Emil Iordache reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kenneth Nesvik struck a weak shot in the 76th minute. Emil Iordache didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Liaböen IF. Liaböen IF's Eilert Henden played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Haugsvær in the 79th minute of play. In the 82nd minute, Giray Hezarfen made a precise shot to the right of Eilert Henden. Liaböen IF's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-1. After some careless play in the Liaböen IF defense, Giray Hezarfen kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Eilert Henden. The Liaböen IF fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Eilert Henden should have stopped the shot. 95 minutes into the match, Hugo Trøen had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Eilert Henden. Liaböen IF's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Hugo Trøen was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 7-1. KEZ Toppfotball's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
