Spectators: 7506 (Terracing: 5630, Seating: 1726, VIP seats: 150) Holöien IF's Tor Kjos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marius Bjorøy in the 7th minute of play. In the 9th minute Håvard Midtun shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Peder Tøsse saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tor Kjos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marius Bjorøy, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tor Kjos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marius Bjorøy, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. After taking down the ball on FC Z's corner Arthur Ohnstad fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Tor Kjos quite easily take care of the ball. Tor Kjos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Trond Olsen in the 19th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arthur Ohnstad in the 22nd minute of play forced Holöien IF's goalkeeper Tor Kjos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. John Birkeland fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tor Kjos having to interfere. Tor Kjos made an important save on a dangerous shot by Trond Olsen in the 27th minute. In the 28th minute of the match FC Z got a corner. Holöien IF's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Arthur Ohnstad ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Kristian Bjørkås got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Tor Kjos quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. FC Z's Peder Tøsse played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ståle Bråten in the 32nd minute of play. In the 41st minute Trond Olsen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tor Kjos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Arthur Ohnstad had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ørjan Burø during the 45th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to FC Z getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Ørjan Burø hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, FC Z's John Birkeland got a free kick in the 48th minute. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ståle Bråten to make the kick off. In the 53rd minute Arthur Ohnstad shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tor Kjos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Holöien IF's Tor-Ivar Røste got a free kick in the 55th minute. FC Z's Arthur Ohnstad got a good chance for a goal in the 56th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, FC Z's Trond Olsen got a free kick in the 58th minute. Håvard Midtun could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 61st minute of the match, but Peder Tøsse made a huge save. Peder Tøsse showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ståle Bråten, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. Peder Tøsse was out of position in the 72 minute of play, and Håvard Midtun capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Håvard Midtun really showed his touch with that goal: 2-1. Holöien IF's Tor Kjos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kristian Bjørkås in the 82nd minute of play. FC Z's John Birkeland quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Kjartan Tønsberg, made in the 85th minute of the game. Arthur Ohnstad fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tor Kjos having to interfere. Arthur Ohnstad received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Tor Kjos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 92 minutes, Gali Hove mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC Z and the Holöien IF players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Holöien IF booed when FC Z was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 97 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marius Bjorøy didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the referee ended the match the FC Z players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
