Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Cato Brunborg made the kick off which started today's match. Georg Tømmervik received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 4th minute. Ståle Ervik tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Cato Brunborg kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Bendik Rolandsen. That made the score 1-0 in the 9 minute of play. Bendik Rolandsen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cato Brunborg in the 12th minute of the match. If Henrik Buvik had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Georg Tømmervik fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ståle Ervik having to interfere. In the 24th minute, Cato Brunborg reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Bendik Rolandsen. The goal made the score 2-0. Bendik Rolandsen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cato Brunborg in the 27th minute of the match. In the 29th minute of the match, Cato Brunborg tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Bendik Rolandsen saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Ståle Ervik made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Georg Tømmervik in the 33rd minute of play. With his leg Bendik Rolandsen managed to avoid a goal in the 36thth minute, when Rekvik's Henrik Buvik fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 38th minute, Henrik Buvik got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Alex Ophus kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. In the 46th minute Georg Tømmervik shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ståle Ervik saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

Rekvik's Henrik Buvik got a good chance for a goal in the 54th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Rekvik's Cato Brunborg in the 56th minute got a chance for a shot 56th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Nordreisa IL's goalie prevented a goal. When Nordreisa IL's Andreas Kaspersen in the 58th minute got a chance for a shot 58th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Rekvik's goalie prevented a goal. If Henrik Buvik had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sindre Hagberg took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 67th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Bendik Rolandsen. Nordreisa IL's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Cato Brunborg's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Bendik Rolandsen read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 71st minute of play. The supporters of Nordreisa IL booed when Rekvik was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Henrik Buvik didn't get a good kick on the ball. Henrik Buvik recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 80th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Rekvik's Cato Brunborg got a good chance for a goal in the 81st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Cato Brunborg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bendik Rolandsen having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cato Brunborg in the 90th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bendik Rolandsen prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Cato Brunborg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bendik Rolandsen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Henrik Buvik in the 93rd minute of play. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Rekvik fully deserved thier win.
