After 7 played minutes bolton.elvis got a freekick which was hit by Bernt Liane. Tage Rosenlund's late challenge caught a bolton.elvis's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Tage Rosenlund helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Hoven FF's Tage Rosenlund got a free kick in the 15th minute. Erik Pollestad came out of the goal in the 18th minute to try and stop a shot by bolton.elvis's Ole-Johan Ljosland. But to his dismay, Ole-Johan Ljosland quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 26th minute, Tomás Sousa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Hoven FF's André Cabral in the 32nd minute got a chance for a shot 32nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye bolton.elvis's goalie prevented a goal. In the 36th minute, André Cabral ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Leonard Øines was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. Otto Kyllingstad's late challenge caught a Hoven FF's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Otto Kyllingstad helped the player get up and apologised. Otto Kyllingstad hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. Are Vestli hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. In the 47th minute, Martin Hay hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 48 minutes into the match, bolton.elvis's goal looked a bit too open when André Cabral came free, but Leonard Øines reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Bernt Liane made a kick off. After 54 played minutes bolton.elvis got a freekick which was hit by Martin Hay. Leonard Øines showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomás Sousa, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. Stefan Kruse charged in rather forcefully in the 58th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Stefan Kruse the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Hoven FF booed when bolton.elvis was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Stefan Kruse didn't get a good kick on the ball. Leonard Øines made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from André Cabral in the 64th minute of play. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 66th minute of the game. One of Hoven FF:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of bolton.elvis:s goal. If André Cabral had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Leonard Øines took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from André Cabral, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Erik Pollestad made an important save on a dangerous shot by Aleksander Søreng in the 75th minute. The supporters of Hoven FF booed when bolton.elvis was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Martin Hay didn't get a good kick on the ball. 79 minutes into the match, bolton.elvis's goal looked a bit too open when Joachim Øksendal came free, but Leonard Øines reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in bolton.elvis's zone, André Cabral stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Leonard Øines came out of the goal and André Cabral tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Joachim Øksendal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the match had gone on for 94 minutes, Bernt Liane took a quick shot and it went in 3-2 without a chance for Erik Pollestad to make any attempt to save it. With a little luck, Hoven FF's Erik Pollestad got control of the ball when Aleksander Søreng tried to sneak it across the goal line. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Hoven FF had played much better football throughout.
